A Haskell Rule Engine



Those of you who have read other entries on this blog know that the title does not contain a (semantic) typo. Those of you new to this discourse may wonder, "Rule Engine? Not Haskell; Prolog! End of discussion, right?" Prolog is nearly perfectly situated, semantically, for building rule engines.
